Responsibilities

Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with area priorities and sales objectives
Build strategic relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders across assigned geographies
Deliver clinical and product information to healthcare customers in clear, compliant manner
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical scientists and reimbursement managers
Manage territory documentation, reporting, and administrative requirements accurately

Requirements

Demonstrated track record of sales achievement and business results
Strong clinical acumen and expertise in HIV prevention therapeutic areas
Advanced relationship management, negotiation, and influencing skills
Knowledge of healthcare provider landscapes and account management strategies
Ability to adapt across multiple geographies and changing customer environments
Understanding of pharmaceutical compliance, PhRMA Code, and OIG guidance
Proficiency with CRM systems and business analytics platforms
