- Assess patients in both inpatient and outpatient environments while crafting tailored treatment strategies
- Deliver focused physical therapy interventions aimed at restoring mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
- Work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, physicians, case workers, and other rehabilitation professionals, to ensure optimal outcomes
- Guide patients and families through therapeutic objectives, discharge planning, and home exercise routines
- Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in line with institutional and regulatory standards
- Engage in care team meetings and interdisciplinary discussions to promote cohesive care delivery
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or comparable degree from an accredited institution
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Preferred CPR certification
- Additional specialized certifications (such as neurological or geriatric) are advantageous but not essential
- Prior experience in a clinical setting is highly desirable
- Ability to manage patients with complex medical and mobility challenges
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency with digital charting and clinical documentation tools
