The CNA will provide activities of a physical, social, mental and spiritual nature tailored to the individual abilities, needs, and desires of participants in order to enable them to benefit from the adult day program offerings and environment. 2025 is our third year in a row being recognized as one of the "Best Places to Work in New Jersey" by NJBiz.com, one of the leading business journals in the state.

Minimum Qualifications

• Certified Nurse's Assistant (CNA) certification from the New Jersey Department of Health & Senior Services, in good standing
• High School graduate or GED required
• Minimum of (1) year geriatric experience in ADC, long-term care or assisted living preferred.
• Ability to deal with others in a diplomatic, tactful and confidential manner
• Ability to read, write, and be understood in the English language
• Flu vaccine required during flu season
