Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Flushing, NY
Shift: All Shifts Available
Salary: Up to $35 per hour

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated  Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing team at Cypress Garden Center. In this role, you'll play a vital part in delivering top-tier care to our residents while working in a supportive, team-based environment.

Responsibilities:

• Order prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment as needed to support resident care

• Follow individualized care plans tailored to each resident’s unique needs

• Perform assigned duties including wound care, treatments, and clinical procedures with precision

• Accurately document all observations, interventions, and resident evaluations

• Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold residents’, families’, and facility’s rights in accordance with HIPAA regulations

Requirements:

• Valid LPN license in the State of New York

• Experience in Skilled Nursing preferred but not required
