Key Responsibilities

• Educate patients and their families on proper body mechanics and effective home exercises to facilitate ongoing recovery.

• Track and document patient progress meticulously, including measuring gains in range of motion, strength, and functionality.
• Maintain an orderly treatment area and ensure that all tools and supplies are sanitized and readily accessible for therapy sessions.
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate patient care strategies and optimize treatment outcomes.
• Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients, creating a nurturing environment that motivates them throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Compensation and Benefits
