Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health concerns, developing individualized treatment plans that address their unique needs.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using a range of evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to client preferences and clinical requirements.

• Collaborate with clients to set specific therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans to optimize client outcomes.

• Utilize teletherapy tools to deliver therapy to clients who prefer virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for those facing logistical or mobility challenges.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation that adheres to ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring the privacy and integrity of client records.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population includes diverse individuals ranging from adolescents to adults experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and suicidal ideation. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating these individuals, offering compassionate support and guidance throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) authorization within the state of California, with no disciplinary actions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
