Physical Therapist Assistant - Home Care - License Required

ATTENTION: This position requires graduation from a Physical Therapist Assistant program and a state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Physical Therapist Assistant, Full Time, Part Time, or PRN, Home Health Discovery at Home Naples, FL Discovery at Home is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to serve the Discovery Village Naples and Aston Gardens Pelican campuses in Naples, Florida. Full-time is preferred, and candidates requiring sponsorship to work in the United States are welcome to apply. New graduate PTAs will receive dedicated support and mentorship. About the Role You will primarily work within assisted and independent living communities, with some home visits possible within the community. The patient population is primarily geriatric, with most cases covered under Medicare Part A Home Health along with some Part B. Clinicians have significant autonomy in determining their own caseload and daily schedule. Please note that employment in Florida is contingent upon completion of a Level 2 background screening in accordance with Florida AHCA requirements, including fingerprinting through the AHCA Clearinghouse. More information is available at info.flclearinghouse.com. Schedule Availability is required Monday through Friday between 6:00am and 6:00pm, subject to scheduling agreements with each patient. Weekend shifts are optional and not required. No major holidays. Flexible scheduling is a core feature of this role. Compensation and Benefits The hourly rate for this position is in the range of $30 to $43 per hour, with increases based on experience and qualifications. Qualifications Candidates must be eligible for Florida state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Full-time availability of 40 hours per week is preferred, and part-time and PRN candidates will also be considered.
