Project / Program Manager

Kforce has a client in Nashville, TN that is seeking a Project/Program Manager responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program. Duties:
- Oversees all aspects of projects/program
- Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program
- Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program. May require a
- The team will manage vendors, coordination, hosting weekly calls to make sure they reduce risks
- Internal Team interactions: vendors scorecard, weekly call with PMs, collaboration with partners
- Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- MBA is preferred
- Engineering background
- Communication skills - especially for vendors coordination and partners
- Stakeholder management experience is nice to have - communications with video during the call
- Ownership
- Deliver results
- Bias for action
