Business Intelligence Architect

E-logic is seeking a Business Intelligence Architect to support the Data Mart Program from Indian Health Service (IHS). In this role, you will apply high-level technical expertise in public health informatics, business intelligence tools (Qlik Sense, QlikView), and quantitative data methods to support large-scale surveillance, analytics, and enterprise reporting solutions. Key Responsibilities Architect, design, and optimize enterprise-level Business Intelligence solutions using Qlik Sense and QlikView. Integrate data from heterogeneous health information systems and relational databases for agency-wide analytics and reporting. Apply data mining, decision science, and information retrieval methods to public health datasets. Collaborate with project managers, federal leads, and technical teams to align analytics tools with strategic agency objectives. Qualifications & Requirements Proven expertise in Business Intelligence and Business Analytics tools, specifically Qlik Sense and QlikView . Experience working with federal health systems, Medical/Public Health Informatics, or population health metrics. Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and health database architectures. Must be able to obtain pre-clearance and pass a federal background investigation (fingerprints & credit check).
