Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessment and intake interviews with clients to identify their mental health needs.

• Create comprehensive treatment plans that reflect individual goals, preferences, and evidence-based practices.

• Provide therapeutic support through individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing a variety of interventions tailored to the client's requirements.

• Regularly evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with organizational policies and legal regulations.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and attend case consultations as required.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities, including continuing education units (CEUs) to enhance therapy modalities.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active LMFT license in the state of Washington.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree in marriage and family therapy, psychology, or social work is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, with relevant licensure.

• Strong interpersonal skills, capacity for empathy, and a genuine desire to support others.

• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing therapy services in an outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

LifeStance Health offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, with a compensation package that recognizes and rewards clinician productivity and effectiveness. Alongside a sign-on bonus, our benefits include:
