GPU Programming Software Engineer

Apply specialized GPU programming skills to design, implement, and optimize GPU-based components used to train large language models, with a strong focus on performance and architecture. Work will include writing and tuning GPU kernels and shaders, building host-side C++ integrations, and profiling for maximum efficiency.

• Design, implement, and optimize GPU-based software solutions using CUDA, WebGPU, or GLSL
• Profile and fine-tune GPU kernels and shaders for performance and efficiency
• Develop host-side logic and integrations in C++
• Collaborate with model training and engineering teams to translate algorithmic needs into GPU implementations

• Required skills: CUDA, WebGPU, GLSL, and C++
• Preferred: advanced experience with GPU programming languages that run on NVIDIA hardware
• Preferred backgrounds: graphics programming, ML acceleration, scientific computing, or high performance computing
• Proven ability to profile and optimize GPU code for throughput and latency
