What You Will Do

• Lead and mentor a talented team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Design and implement scalable full-stack solutions using TypeScript, React, and NodeJS.
• Oversee the deployment and management of cloud infrastructure on AWS to ensure high availability and performance.
• Optimize database management with PostgreSQL to support data-driven decision-making processes.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline development workflows and enhance code quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Slack to align engineering efforts with business goals.
• Drive technical strategy and architecture decisions to support the company's growth and product evolution.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 7+ years of experience in full-stack software development with a strong focus on engineering leadership.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, NodeJS, and AWS technologies.
• Demonstrated experience in building and scaling applications in a B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and best practices in software development.
• Proven track record of managing and mentoring engineering teams effectively.

Preferred

• Experience with data-driven applications and AI technologies.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Previous work in a venture-backed startup environment.

Compensation And Benefits
