We are currently seeking a full-time outpatient PTA for our Performance Sports facility located in Santa Monica, CA. Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing clients' daily living skills and capacities to evaluate their abilities and limitations
• Support patients through all stages of physical therapy treatments, including exercise instruction, manual therapy techniques, activities of daily living, and Isokinetic programs
• Monitor patients during treatments and relay observations to the Physical Therapist
• Collaborate with staff and other healthcare team members to share, discuss, and evaluate patient information for planning, modifying, and coordinating treatment programs

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program is required
• Unrestricted Physical Therapist Assistant Licensure is necessary for practice
• Both experienced and newly licensed Physical Therapist Assistants are encouraged to apply!

About the Position

Compensation ranges from $35 to $43 per hour, along with a $2000 sign-on/retention bonus. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, complimentary continuing education, and a 401(K) plan with a 4% employer match.
