Compensation: Base Pay ($700/week during training, scaling to $1,000/week post-training) + Uncapped Commissions & Performance Bonuses

Isabella Marketing Solutions is looking for energetic, people-first individuals based in the West Hollywood area to join our team as an Entry-Level Marketing and Sales Associate . If you have a background in hospitality, retail, restaurants, or hotel management , you already possess the secret sauce we look for: unmatched customer service instincts, grace under pressure, and a natural ability to connect with people.

We provide a complete professional playbook and hands-on leadership training to help you pivot your customer-facing experience into a lucrative corporate marketing and sales career. No prior B2B marketing experience is required—your people skills are your greatest asset.

What You'll Do (Your Day-to-Day)

• Client Engagement & Marketing: Execute localized marketing and sales strategies for businesses in the West Hollywood and greater Los Angeles area, acting as a trusted brand ambassador.
• B2B Relationship Building: Present solutions face-to-face to local business owners, driving client acquisition and revenue growth.
• Daily Strategy & Alignment: Participate in morning team workshops, development huddles, and ongoing coaching sessions to sharpen your skills.
• Goal Tracking: Track pipeline metrics, hit weekly benchmarks, and contribute to a supportive, high-energy team environment.

Who We're Looking For (The Ideal Background)

• Industry Experience: Direct experience in hospitality, restaurants, retail, hotel services, or customer-facing environments where multitasking and service excellence are second nature.
