# Marketing Coordinator## USA Wrestling•### @USAWrestlingPosted on 5/12/2026•Full-time## Job DescriptionUSA Wrestling is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to assist with a variety of marketing projects that positively impact the organization, its partners, sponsors, members, athletes, and fans. The person in this position will coordinate marketing campaigns that focus on corporate partner activations and fulfillment, as well as campaigns promoting membership, events, product offerings, and other areas of the organization as needed.**Objectives and Responsibilities:*** Serve as the key contact and coordinator with Corporate Sponsors for contracted digital activations. + This includes assisting partners in crafting appropriate content, collecting and/or creating activation assets, as well as execution and tracking of digital sponsor activations.* Contribute expertise and judgment to the execution of digital activations related to our official apparel partner, including serving on an internal review team for mockups and design concepts to ensure brand integrity.* Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to support and promote cross-departmental projects. + This includes event registration, event ticket sales, USA Bracketing event management software, grassroots membership growth, and national teams programming.* Assist in both internal and external Brand oversight to ensure all assets are in line with approved Brand Guidelines.* Assist with the creation of various marketing campaign assets across USA Wrestling marketing channels, which may include paid social marketing, copywriting, graphic design, photo/video/motion graphics creation and email design.* Execution of in-venue fulfilment and engagement campaigns at key events. + This includes ensuring all sponsor/partner activation assets are created, uploaded, and included in the Run-of-Show, as well as creating onsite graphics for Finals productions.* Develop and implement innovative and imaginative digital marketing tactics such as A/B testing, personalization and automation to enhance digital marketing campaign results.* Track and analyze digital marketing campaign performance and effectively report findings/results to internal and external stakeholders.* Maintain internal marketing campaign calendar and coordinate cross-departmental marketing requests.* Handle other duties as assigned by USA Wrestling leadership team.**Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Digital Media, Advertising, etc.)* A minimum of two-years relevant professional experience with a focus on marketing. Previous experience in professional or Olympic sports is desirable.* Experience managing campaign-level work through Customer Relationship Management tools, branded social media channels and third-party advertising platforms.* A demonstrated ability to independently design and execute successful marketing programs.* Experience with various content distribution and project management platforms, such as HubSpot or similar CMS, and Atlassian Jira or similar.* Practical professional experience in graphic design, photography, and motion graphic creation, including a working knowledge of and experience with the Adobe Creative Suite and design programs, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign, and Canva.* A basic aptitude in live production software such as Resolume Arena, Pro Presenter, or a commitment and ability to learn.* Experience with Google Analytics, UTM application, Microsoft Excel, and other campaign reporting, BI and Visualization tools a plus.* The ability to write effective, short form copy for various types of marketing activities including social media and email.* The ability to execute and manage multiple projects simultaneously, as well as work in a collaborative, cross-departmental, fast-paced sports environment.* A proven understanding of current digital marketing trends with an eye on remaining ahead of the curve.**Physical Requirements*** Ability to hold and operate a computer, camera, audio/visual equipment, and other office or event technology.* Occasional lifting, carrying, or moving of items up to 25 pounds (such as event materials, equipment, or supplies).* Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time at events.**Travel Expectations**Domestic travel, including weekends and holidays, is required.
