Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive care for individuals and families throughout their entire life journeyfrom infants to seniors.
• Manage chronic diseases, oversee preventive health measures, treat acute conditions, and support mental wellness, all with a patient-first philosophy.
• Perform thorough physical assessments, analyze diagnostic results, and create tailored treatment plans.
• Work closely with care coordinators and specialists to deliver holistic health solutions.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Possess (or be eligible for) an active Massachusetts medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
