Position Overview & Responsibilities:

• Engage and educate Medicare-eligible consumers on Advantage, Supplement, and Part D options.
• Conduct compliant, needs-based consultations and complete enrollments using approved platforms.
• Manage retail kiosk traffic and maintain CMS/carrier compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Active Life & Health Insurance License (Required).
• Current AHIP and Medicare certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Comfortable working independently in a face-to-face retail environment.
• Basic tech proficiency for processing digital applications (laptop/tablet).

Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, Seasonal (AEP / OEP / SEP)

Compensation: Commission aligned with Medicare Street Level + Residuals
