Floor Tech

CareCore at Mentor is seeking a dependable and hardworking Floor Tech to join our Environmental Services team. This position plays an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, visitors, and staff. Schedule Full time 9:30am-6pm, with an every other weekend rotation. Responsibilities Perform floor care duties including stripping, waxing, buffing, burnishing, and polishing floors Maintain carpets through vacuuming, spot cleaning, and extraction as needed Operate floor care equipment safely and effectively Follow established cleaning schedules and infection control procedures Assist with general housekeeping duties as needed Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly Ensure all work areas remain clean, organized, and hazard-free Qualifications Previous floor care experience preferred, especially in healthcare, long-term care, or commercial settings Knowledge of floor care equipment and cleaning chemicals Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Ability to lift, push, pull, and move equipment as required Reliable attendance and positive attitude Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off & Holiday Pay Daily Pay Options Employee Referral Program Employee Discount Program Supportive Team Environment Opportunities for Growth and Advancement #J-18808-Ljbffr CareCore Health LLC
