What We Offer: Insurance access after 31 days of employment Low-cost medical insurance (starting at ~$5/week) Dental and vision insurance options Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) 401(k) with company match Paid time off & holiday pay Company-paid life insurance Responsibilities What You’ll Do: Assist in installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems on new construction sites Assemble materials and equipment needed for job completion Transport tools and supplies to job sites and keep proper tool inventory Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Safely handle and lift materials (must be able to lift over 75 lbs) Follow all company safety policies and wear required protective equipment Gather and return salvageable materials to the warehouse Qualifications What You’ll Bring: Prior work experience preferred Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed EPA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Note: This posting outlines potential pay ranges and opportunities, which are not guaranteed and do not represent a formal offer.
