This is a full-time position that requires a 5 day work-week including Saturdays. Dealership closes at 7pm during the week and 6pm on Saturdays. Example of work schedule: Monday thru Friday 9am - 5pm, 11am-7pm, (2) 9am-7pm, 1 day off during week and Saturdays 8:30am-6pm. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses Be the vehicle expert. Know the ins & the outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles Receives the leads, phone-ups, floor traffic, and back up help from the Sales BDC Sales sells all the products including aftermarket and backend products Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day Qualifications Available to work flexible hours & weekends Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs Fantastic communication skills with your customers Professional, well-groomed personal appearance Enthusiastic and outgoing personality Prompt and courteous Clean driving record Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen #J-18808-Ljbffr Phillips Chevrolet Group
