Data Entry Coordinator

W-2 Contract

Duration - 90 days, possible temp to hire

Location - St Albans, WV 25177

Pay Range - $15.86 to $18.13

Data Entry Clerk

Job Description:

• Would work basic data entry/data driven tasks
• bulk onboarding
• sending contracting links
• uploading docs to CRM
• export reports/statements/contracts from portals
• prep/format excel sheets (will train on Ablebits)
• create / update profiles and contracts

Programs and Skills:

• admin driven individuals
• typing speed and accuracy
• proficient with Microsoft - excel, outlook
• attention to detail
• time management & organization

• self-motivated
• communication skills
• confidentiality
  • preferred - CRM experience and data verification and cleaning

Dress Code:

• business casual

Schedule:

• Mon - Fri 8/8:30 - 5
