Develop and deliver tailored recommendations to clients. Generate and close sales contracts for tree services. Build long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business. Collaborate with the team to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. Minimum Requirements: 21+ years old 1+ years of sales experience (preferably selling tree services or related work). Clean background check. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to follow directions, work well in a team, and have a positive attitude. Open to coaching and eager to improve. Certified Arborist credential preferred (or willingness to obtain). Drivers license with a clean driving record. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of local tree species and common tree care needs. Experience preparing and presenting estimates for services. Familiarity with arboriculture equipment and practices. Technical proficiency with software for scheduling, CRM tools, or preparing quotes.
