Rehab Without Walls® – Occupational Therapist (OT) – PRN (W2) Tacoma, WA Overview Rehab Without Walls® is looking for passionate Occupational Therapists to support our Home & Community Program in Tacoma. Our model brings the outpatient experience directly to the client—helping people regain independence in real life. What You’ll Do Provide functional OT in home and community settings Support return‑to‑work, return‑to‑driving, and daily life skills Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, and LCSWs Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans Regularly re‑assess effectiveness of treatment plans, attend staffing meetings and family conferences Perform discharge evaluations, make appropriate recommendations for home and community safety, and provide referral and education resources Communicate patient’s needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, person receiving services and family members Communicate with other disciplines to ensure collaboration, coordination of care and enhance patient outcomes Why You’ll Love This Role PRN W2 role Flexible schedule Hourly pay (not per visit) Mileage reimbursement Educational programs Qualifications Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy Current, unrestricted license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice Current CPR Certification Minimum of one year of work experience as an Occupational Therapist Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological diagnoses preferred Excellent communication skills Ability to lift 50 pounds, and lift/transferring up to 100 pounds following safety procedures Fine motor skills, visual acuity, can walk/stand for extended periods Physical ability to perform pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, positioning at times Will be subject to health screen/examination as required Benefits USD $50.00 - $60.00 / Hour #J-18808-Ljbffr Rehab Without Walls® Neuro Rehabilitation
