Providing excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers Operating cash registers, handling transactions, and assisting with merchandise Unpacking, stocking, rotating, and displaying merchandise according to planograms Maintaining store cleanliness by cleaning floors, restrooms, and common areas Supporting store profitability and asset protection through various duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills: Effective interpersonal and communication skills Understanding of safety policies and procedures Ability to read planograms and merchandise presentation guides Basic cash handling and mathematical skills Ability to stock merchandise and operate cash register functions Preferred Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent Working Conditions: Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 55 pounds) Handling merchandise and operating equipment like scanners and carts Fast-paced environment with exposure to outside weather conditions at times #J-18808-Ljbffr
