PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE

Location: Williamsport, IN

Pay: $16.00/hr

Schedule: Mon-Fri (3rd Shift) | 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM 

Potential for Long term hire

Job Overview:

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a 3rd Shift Production Associate in Williamsport, IN. This position pays $16.00 per hour and works from 12:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. The Production Associate will assemble industrial hoses, perform quality checks, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and work with the production team to meet daily goals. This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn and cross-train in multiple areas. Previous production or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

*   Assemble industrial hoses according to company specifications.
*   Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards.
*   Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals.
*   Cross-train in different areas of production as needed.
*   Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

Please note : Candidates must be willing to  work in a team setting ,  have great communication skills (written and verbal), and must be able  to pass a background check . 

Qualifications & Requirements:

*   Valid driver's license.
*   Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
*   Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work well with a team.
*   Willingness to learn and cross-train in multiple areas.
*   Previous production or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
