Job Description
Director of Pulmonary Services - Respiratory Therapy

Schedule:
M-F, 8-hour shifts, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Assignment Details:
Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
Contract Length: 26 weeks

Requirements:
- Current State Respiratory License
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) preferred
- Strong background in Acute Care, Critical Care, Pulmonary Function Testing, Blood Gas Accreditation, Polysomnography, Rehab, and EEGs
- Knowledge of Neonatal Respiratory Care preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and manage all Respiratory Care services.
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality respiratory care to patients across multiple age groups.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
- Manage departments including Pulmonary Function Testing, Blood Gas Lab, Sleep Lab, and Cardiopulmonary Rehab.
- Focus on customer satisfaction and continuous quality improvement.
