• Provie comprehensive care to hematology/oncology patients in an inpatient setting.
  
• Colaborate with attending physicians and multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans.
  
• Perfom comprehensive patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic studies.
  
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and supportive care.
  
• Manage acute medical issues and coordinate discharge planning.
