We are seeking talented Shift Leads who want to grow with us and be part of the fastest-growing cookie franchise in the country. As a Shift Leader you will oversee daily operations during designated shifts, supervise employees, and ensure that our customers receive outstanding service. The shift leader's responsibilities include creating a shift schedule, handling no-shows, delegating tasks, managing cash, and reporting issues to the manager. Responsibilities Operate the store daily as a key team member, ensuring fast, friendly customer experiences and a clean, organized kitchen. Maintain high-quality cookies and ensure smooth, efficient workflows; train and support crew to perform duties on time. Spend the majority of time in the kitchen with the team, assigning duties and ensuring completion of tasks. Create shift schedules, manage no-shows, delegate tasks, handle cash deposits, and report issues to management. Supervise employees, assign duties, monitor performance, and enforce company policies, health, and safety standards. Coach team members and train new staff; open/close registers and prepare daily cash deposits. Address customer issues and employee disputes and escalate as needed. Ensure compliance with policies, health and safety standards, and quality control. Open and close registers, account for daily intake, and prepare cash deposits.
