Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Profession: Nursing Specialty: Dialysis Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 12 hours (7a-7p) Experience: 24 months of dialysis experience, including inpatient experience License: Active Iowa nursing license or compact/multistate license required Certifications: BLS (AHA) required Must-Have: - Acute dialysis experience required - Telemetry reading experience required - Experience using Fresenius machines required - EPIC EMR experience required Description: We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse with a specialty in Dialysis. This position offers a shift schedule of three 12-hour days per week. The nurse will provide care for patients undergoing dialysis, including those in acute and chronic stages. The role may involve floating to various facilities as needed. The nurse will work with a maximum patient ratio of 2:1. Candidates must possess the ability to work holidays, as required by unit needs. Active involvement in on-call shifts is expected, though minimal. Previous experience with hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis is preferred. Applicants must have strong professional references within the last 24 months.
