Position Overview This role combines exceptional childcare with light family assistant responsibilities. The successful candidate will provide attentive care for young children while helping maintain organization and efficiency within the household. The ideal candidate enjoys staying active throughout the day, encourages learning through play, and creates a safe, loving environment where children can thrive. The schedule offers guaranteed full-time hours with flexibility required based on the family's needs. While the typical schedule is Monday through Friday during daytime hours, occasional evenings, weekends, and limited travel may be required. Primary Responsibilities Provide attentive, nurturing care for infants, toddlers, and young children. Foster educational, creative, and developmentally appropriate play. Prepare healthy meals, bottles, and snacks. Manage diapering, potty training, nap schedules, and bedtime routines. Transport children to activities using the family's vehicle. Encourage positive behavior, independence, and good manners. Maintain open communication with parents regarding daily activities and milestones. Family Assistant Responsibilities Children's laundry and organization. Household laundry. Family meal preparation. Grocery shopping and household errands. Organization of children's bedrooms, toys, and play spaces. Light housekeeping related to the children. Household organization and calendar assistance. Help maintain an organized and efficiently run home. Qualifications We're looking for candidates who have: Significant professional nanny experience. Extensive experience caring for newborns, infants, and toddlers. CPR and First Aid Certification. Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record. Outstanding professional references.
