Resource MFG is looking for Assembly Associates in Weirton WV Schedule
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Start up and shut down equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist on the production line within the assembly area
- Feed materials and components into equipment for processing
- Inspect products to ensure quality and conformance to specifications
- Remove damaged or defective materials from the production line
- Mark and identify parts as required
- Read and interpret gauges and production indicators
- Package and prepare finished products for shipment
- Maintain consistent productivity to meet daily production goals
- Produce high-quality work while following established procedures
- Follow instructions from supervisors and line leaders
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented assembly environment
- Lift and move boxes of finished goods as needed
- Manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work a full 40-hour work week
- Commitment to workplace safety
- Willingness to learn assembly processes and procedures
