REGISTERED NURSE (RN) - NEURO STEPDOWN (SDU) | PER DIEM OPPORTUNITY JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - Neuro Stepdown Unit (SDU) for a per diem opportunity. The RN will provide comprehensive patient care to individuals requiring close neurological monitoring and specialized nursing interventions in a fast-paced acute care environment.

POSITION DETAILS

• Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
• Specialty: Neuro Stepdown (SDU)
• Employment Type: Per Diem
• Shift: Night Shift
• Hours: 6:45 PM 7:15 AM
• Meal Break: 30 Minutes

PAY RATE

• $40.53-$47.29 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform comprehensive neurological assessments
• Monitor patients requiring stepdown-level care
• Administer medications and treatments
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Provide patient and family education
• Respond to changes in patient condition rapidly and effectively

REQUIREMENTS

• Active RN License
• Current BLS certification required
• ACLS certification preferred
• Neuro, Stepdown, or Critical Care experience preferred
• Excellent assessment and critical-thinking skills
