Client Care ManagerBrightStar Care is looking for an experienced, mature individual who is self-motivated & able to work with a team and independently.Position: Able to work as a Customer Service RepresentativePosition Description: Scheduling & Recruiting work in the office, Field Support. Primary role will be in the office duties with the ability to be in the field if needed.Hours: Weekly daytime hours 9-4pmThis position will require the individual to learn and understand our company's digital software and other aspects of the daily operations. This position will have the ability for growth within the company and for the individuals to build the programs into a vital part of BrightStar Care.Key Roles for position: Computer efficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. Able to learn & master BrightStar's software system. Excellent Communication skills. Able to problem solve. Able to recruit, interview and hire for programs. Able to schedule medical staff for Home Care visits. Ability to complete general clerical duties timely.Requirements for Position:Valid Driver's licenseCurrent Auto InsuranceHaving a 15-20 minute commute to the BrightStar Office is preferred Must have High School diploma or equivalent (GED)Must have at least 6 months in-home care experienceMust be able to work in a team setting and/or independentlyMust have good organizational skillsMust have good speaking skillsMust be good with computers and smart-phone skillsBasic Medical terminology helpful, but not requiredPlease be sure to complete the pre-screen survey
