We're seeking two dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists with an active MS SLP license to join the team for the upcoming school year. You’ll collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to ensure each student receives tailored speech and language support.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Mississippi (MS SLP)
- Experience supporting Pre-K through 12th grade students is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt strategies to meet varied student needs
- Professional, organized, and compassionate approach to care
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language evaluations, interventions, and therapy for students across grade levels
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), documenting student progress and adjusting plans as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to create a positive and productive learning environment
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and reports
- Participate in school meetings and professional development sessions

- Full-time hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday
- Work within a dynamic school setting, serving a diverse student population
