EPIC Tele Testing required within the first week.

Description: The Registered Nurse is a practitioner responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment. This individual demonstrates competency in delivering care to a primarily adult population. The Staff RN job description incorporates essential functions adapted from the ANA Nursing: Scope and Standards of Practice. Clinical competence and experience in the care and management of target patient populations specific to the area of employment is required. Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice is necessary to be eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse. Every other weekend is required. No call is required. This position may require floating to other ICUs, step-down units, or acute care units if needed.
