Job Title: Mechanical Engineer



Location: Hagerstown, MD

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with experience in diesel engines and exhaust aftertreatment systems (EATS). The candidate will support the development, testing, validation, and production implementation of aftertreatment hardware and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support development and validation of diesel engine aftertreatment hardware.
• Plan and execute EATS testing, verification, and validation using rigs, test cells, and vehicles.
• Analyze test results and ensure accuracy and reliability of test data.
• Work with engine, aftertreatment, software, and calibration teams.
• Collaborate with suppliers and global engineering teams.
• Troubleshoot aftertreatment-related customer issues and develop solutions.
• Support calibration solutions for production and aftermarket applications.
• Prepare technical reports and present test results.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 2 5+ years of engineering experience.
• Experience with diesel engines and/or exhaust aftertreatment development.
• Experience with testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with global cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership of assigned tasks.

Preferred:

• Experience with aftertreatment coating and substrate technology/chemistry.
• Experience with engine calibration or emissions systems.
