Sr. HVAC Technician

We are seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Technician to perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, installations, and maintenance. This role provides technical leadership, supports junior technicians, and ensures all HVAC service work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. Description Key Responsibilities Perform advanced HVAC diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance Install HVAC systems and components according to code and manufacturer specifications Support and mentor junior HVAC technicians and installers Assist the Service Manager with field support and complex service needs Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings and recommendations Complete service tickets and documentation accurately Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in proper condition Follow all safety protocols, EPA regulations, and OSHA requirements Skills & Qualifications Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities Ability to lead, mentor, and support junior staff Strong time‑management and organizational skills Commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required HVAC trade school certification or equivalent training preferred Valid state HVAC License (Certified) 5+ years of HVAC service experience preferred Experience in residential and commercial service environments Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Certification’s field related (EPA, OSHA 30, etc.) Salary $28 - $36 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
