The Lead Trial Lawyer plays a central role in the firm's litigation practice, taking ownership of complex matters from strategy through trial. WHAT YOU'LL DO

As Lead Trial Lawyer, you will take a leadership role in the firm's litigation practice and be responsible for driving cases from strategy through resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a full caseload of complex commercial litigation matters, including drafting legal documents, overseeing discovery processes, preparing for trial, and negotiating settlements and other forms of dispute resolution.
• Represent clients in depositions, court appearances, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Conduct thorough legal research and communicate effectively with clients, providing timely updates.
• Provide mentorship and oversight to junior attorneys and participate in the Firm’s business development efforts.
• Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases to formulate litigation strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

WORK SCHEDULE & ENVIRONMENT

Location: Winter Park, Florida

Work Arrangement: In-Office

Regular Office Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Because of the nature of high-stakes litigation, availability outside regular office hours is expected when case demands, client needs, deadlines, or trial schedules require it.
