Technical Recruiter

Recruitment SpecialistMajor Accountabilities: Recruits, interviews and recommends placement of candidates from both internal and external sources. Maintains effective working relationships with hiring managers. Collaborates with other staffing team members as needed to leverage efficiencies in recruitment. Consults directly with management to identify and recommend the most qualified candidates. Extends offers to selected candidates. Conducts recruiting efforts for a broad range of engineering, administrative, scientific, professional, finance and IT positions with a goal of facilitating the right hire in a timely manner. May attend local job fairs and recruiting events within RTP, NC area at partner schools and organizations. Screens resumes and conducts preliminary interviews as required. Participates as a member of the interviewing team and provides general company culture and benefit information to candidates. Manages interview scheduling, collection of timely feedback, and facilitates hiring decisions, conducts reference checks, and coordinates offer letters. Work closely with RPO team to ensure effective sourcing.Skills: BA/BS degree with at least 1 year of direct recruiting or HR experience. Experience in biotechnology industry preferred. Workday experience a plus. Ability to multi-task and strong communication skills required.Education: BA/BS degree with at least 1 year of direct recruiting or HR experience
