Insurance Producer

A fast-growing national insurance brokerage and consulting firm is hiring Commercial Insurance Sales Producers across multiple U.S. markets. We are open to candidates at several experience levels — from high-performing B2B sales professionals looking to build a career in insurance to established Commercial P&C producers with a proven book of business. The Opportunity This is an opportunity to build and grow a long-term book of business while leveraging the resources of a national brokerage platform. Producers are aligned with a regional office but have the ability to pursue business nationally. You’ll have access to experienced account management, carrier, claims, risk management, and specialty insurance teams to help you win and retain clients. What You’ll Do Develop new business through referrals, networking, strategic partnerships, community relationships, and outbound prospecting Meet with business owners and executives to understand their operations, risks, and insurance needs Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through discovery, proposal, close, and onboarding Partner with internal specialists and carrier partners to develop comprehensive insurance solutions Build lasting client relationships that drive retention, renewals, referrals, and cross-selling opportunities Represent the organization through client meetings, industry events, and community involvement Who We’re Looking For We are interested in three primary profiles: Experienced Insurance Producers Commercial insurance professionals with a demonstrated history of building and retaining a book of business. Commercial P&C experience is especially relevant. Successful consultative sellers with measurable performance, strong prospecting skills, executive-level communication ability, and a history of closing complex business. Early-career professionals with a track record of achievement, competition, leadership, resilience, or entrepreneurial drive who want to build a long-term career in commercial insurance. What Will Help You Succeed Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills Confidence communicating with business owners and executives Consultative selling and discovery ability A measurable track record of sales performance or achievement Persistence, accountability, and comfort with performance-based compensation Ability to work collaboratively with account management and technical teams For experienced producers, appropriate insurance licensing and a clear understanding of any current employment restrictions Compensation is flexible and based on experience, production history, market, and transition needs.
