Independent Hearing Officer, Adult Certification Review

View Behavioral Health is seeking an Adult Certification Review Officer to conduct Certification Review Hearings in accordance with the Lanterman-Petris-Short Act. This role requires strong decision-making and communication skills, assessed for neutrality and independence. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in quasi-judicial proceedings and must understand patients' rights.
