AGC Auto Glass and Car Care is seeking a Direct Marketing Representative to join our team. This is an entry-level, customer-facing position with training provided.

The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, comfortable speaking with customers, and willing to learn. Previous marketing or automotive experience is not required.

Compensation:

$36,800 – $52,000 annually

Responsibilities:

• Represent AGC Auto Glass and Car Care professionally when interacting with customers

• Conduct direct marketing and customer outreach activities

• Communicate with customers about company services

• Provide friendly and professional customer service

• Build positive relationships with customers

• Assist with customer intake and service-related questions

• Inspect vehicles and windshields as part of the service process

• Learn basic automotive glass repair and replacement procedures

• Assist with administrative tasks such as digital invoicing

• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety requirements

• Work collaboratively with other team members

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable and dependable

• Self-motivated and willing to learn

• Comfortable interacting with customers

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Valid driver's license

• Reliable transportation

• Able to successfully pass the background check required for access to the military installation

Experience

No previous marketing or automotive experience is required. Training is provided.

Customer service, sales, marketing, retail, hospitality, or other public-facing experience is helpful but not required.

Work Environment

This is a hands-on, customer-facing position rather than a traditional office position . The role may involve working outdoors, standing for extended periods, interacting with customers, and assisting with automotive glass services.
