About the Role
The Company is seeking a Financial Consultant to join their branch team. The successful candidate will be a trusted partner, providing holistic financial guidance to clients in the areas of investing, retirement readiness, and education goals. This role requires a thoughtful and empathetic approach, combining planning expertise with the ability to guide clients through their financial decisions. The Financial Consultant will be responsible for proactively engaging with existing and prospective clients, maintaining a strong sales activity, and deepening client relationships. A key aspect of the role is the ability to build strong, trusting relationships and to manage wealth on behalf of clients, including retirement and education planning, investment management, and estate planning. Applicants for the Financial Consultant position at the company should have a valid and active FINRA Series 7 license, with the expectation of obtaining or acquiring a FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance during their tenure. A CFP® Certification is a plus, and the company encourages professional development in this area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for community engagement, a desire to provide an outstanding investor experience, and the ability to adapt to changing market and business conditions. Strong business development, relationship building, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to apply investment strategies and financial planning to help clients achieve their goals. The role offers a clear path for career advancement and is supported by a comprehensive training and development program.
