Junior mortgage Processor

Responsibilities Mortgage Processing: Loan opening and closing, assist Senior Processor, gathering client documentation (pay stubs, tax returns, bank statements), and verifying data in loan software like Encompass or Point. Office Assistant: Managing calendars, ordering office supplies, answering phone calls, greeting clients, and preparing physical or digital closing files. Communication: Acting as a liaison between the Loan Officer, underwriter, and borrower to ensure deadlines are met. Requirements Experience: 0-2 years in a clerical role, customer service, or banking. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
