Our mission is to provide equitable access to innovative care that improves health, recovery and growth at all stages of life.The Behaviorist for the Clinical Community Response Program conducts in-home behavioral support and crisis prevention services for children and young adults (age 8 up to age 20). The Behaviorist conducts assessments and provides behavior training to clients and the families of clients who have intellectual disability and behavioral health needs. These clients experiencing significant disruption within the family home or returning to the family home post hospitalization.Education and Experience/QualificationsMust hold a master's degree in a related field (Psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy) and have a minimum of two years of experience providing positive behavioral supports to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Experience with functional behavioral assessments required. Must have a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must hold or be able to obtain one of the following credentials: LPCA, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFTA, LMFT, or Psychologist license.
