Part Time - Team Lead Position
Immediate opening, start date -- Monday, Nov 2nd, 2026.

We are seeking an experienced, steady leader with great people skills for a permanent part‑time evening position serving a church and school/daycare environment in Homewood . This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in excellence, leads with integrity, and understands the importance of creating clean, safe spaces for families, staff, and children.

We’re looking for someone with at least five years of team‑lead experience who can guide a small crew, set the standard by example, and ensure every detail is handled with care. You’ll be supported by management that values your work, backs your decisions, and believes in equipping you to succeed.

· Mon-Fri: 5:15 -8/9PM – School in Session

· Mon, Thurs & Fri: 5:15 – 7:30/8PM – School is NOT in Session \Holidays etc.

· Payrate: $16.95

What You’ll Do

Serve as the on-site face of our company, always representing CBFMG with professionalism and courtesy
Prepare janitorial carts, equipment, and mop buckets with properly diluted cleaning solutions before each shift
Lead, train, and inspect your team’s work, with no shortcuts and no “good enough”
Vacuum, mop, dust, and remove trash
Disinfect restrooms and restock supplies
Address spills and safety hazards immediately
Maintain open communication with management, promptly reporting client concerns and any repairs needed, such as leaks or damaged fixtures
Make sure the team breaks down carts and returns all supplies and equipment to their designated storage areas at the end of each shift
Lock and secure the building before leaving

Detail-obsessed, with a strong work ethic and pride in your work
A team player with great customer service
Dependable, trustworthy and respected by your team
5+ year Lead/Supervisor in the commercial cleaning industry.
Experienced with cleaning supplies and equipment
Able to stand, bend and lift throughout a full shift
Ability to read, write and understand English
