Job Description Job Description Responsibilities Recruit candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting methods. Interview and screen applicants for open positions. Recruit for positions such as: General Labor Warehouse Associates Forklift Operators Pick & Pack Shipping & Receiving Production Workers Customer Service Data Entry Receptionist Administrative Assistant Complete new hire paperwork and onboarding. Schedule interviews, orientations, and start dates. Maintain candidate information in the recruiting system. Follow up with employees and clients after placement. Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings. Meet hiring goals while providing excellent customer service. Qualifications Previous recruiting, staffing, or customer service experience preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Good communication and organizational skills. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
