We spent nearly a decade stitching together the world’s ocean, rail, vessel, port, and trucking data sources into a consistent feed that exceeds the Autonomy Threshold for the largest companies in the world. Now, we’re deploying AI workflows and solutions to transform these companies into Autonomous Enterprises. The OpenTrack platform includes an AI workflow platform, enterprise web application, API service, and customer white label portal which gives companies unprecedented access to end-to-end ocean container visibility, performance metrics and predictive insights. We’re seeking a qualified candidate to join our team in our GTM Engineer role. Responsibilities: Own outbound end-to-end- define the ICP, build and enrich target lists, design sequences, run sending infrastructure, and hand replies and booked meetings to our solution engineers with full context Be on top of getting qualified meetings and pipeline from cold outreach, calculate the cost per meeting Build an outbound engine that runs as an automated system rather than a team of people, and improves over time through testing and feedback loops Run LinkedIn outreach and multichannel plays, including signal-based triggers such as shipping activity, hiring, and news Turn our finished content (feature directory, customer stories harvested from calls, news and data science insights) into personalized outreach at scale, and get it distributed across email, LinkedIn, and other channels Implement lead scoring and enrichment in Clay and our automation stack, based on scoring rules defined with Revenue Operations Own the entry point to HubSpot: when a meeting is booked, the record, source, and context land in the CRM correctly, ready for hand-off Build agents and LLM-powered tooling where Clay, the CRM, and the sequencer stop Track and report on outbound performance: reply rates, meetings booked, pipeline created, and what is working Partner closely with Revenue Operations, Solutions Engineering and Product as a peer build function. You own cold and outbound through meeting booked; they own everything from the demo onward, including post-demo sequences, proposals, pricing, contracts, and onboarding handoff Qualifications: Has built outbound from scratch, end-to-end, and can show the numbers (meetings booked, pipeline, reply rates, cost per meeting) Hands-on experience with Clay and tools like Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, or HeyReach Expert experience with GTM systems like Hubspot CRM Deep working knowledge of email deliverability, including domain setup, warm-up, and sender reputation Comfortable using APIs, webhooks, and AI tooling to research, enrich, qualify, and personalize at scale, with scripting or light coding where needed Genuine interest in building with AI in practical, high-leverage ways, and a bias toward shipping automations rather than managing manual processes Strong written communication.
