Job Summary:
The organization is seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse in Framingham, Massachusetts. This role involves assessing, planning, and delivering direct clinical care to surgical patients on a per-shift basis. The Registered Nurse will supervise staff, support high-quality nursing care, ensure staff competency, and manage resources effectively to maintain patient safety and care standards.

Job Details:

• Location: Framingham, Massachusetts
• Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Years of Experience: 1 year required, minimum of 0 years for consideration
• Required Qualifications: Certification as a registered nurse, valid license to practice in Massachusetts, Bachelors Degree in Nursing or related field, and 1 year of clinical experience in an operating room setting
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting pediatric or cardiac surgeries, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• Additional Information: The Operating Room Registered Nurse will be responsible for supervising clinical staff, supporting facility leadership to ensure quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with hospital policies and procedures. The role requires adherence to SOPs and clinical standards for perioperative nursing.
