Job Title: Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of current ICU experience License: Active state license Certifications: - BLS (AHA) - ACLS (AHA) - PALS (AHA) Must-Have: - Previous travel experience - Cerner EMR experience is highly preferred Description: Urgent need for an experienced ICU RN. Traveler must be able to start the week of August 10. Position requires working 4 shifts of 12 hours each, from 7 PM to 7 AM, totaling 48 hours per week, with consideration for 36 hours per week as well. Candidates must not live locally, with a permanent address of 50 or more miles from the facility. Requests for time off cannot exceed more than 3 days. First-time travelers will not be considered. The patient population includes pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. The trauma level of the facility is III. Candidates must have a current ICU skills checklist and provide a supervisory signed reference from the past year of employment. All licenses and certifications must be current at the time of submission.
